INTERIM GUIDELINES FOR OPERATIONS DURING THE GENERAL COMMUNITY QUARANTINE

1. 1. The building administrator has already implemented temperature check upon entering the building. Anyone with a temperature of 38 degrees or above will not be allowed to enter.

2. Each guest will be required to fill out a health declaration questionnaire/form. A QR code is also posted at the studio for those who were not able to fill it out before their schedule.

3. No facemask and face shield, no entry. Wear them at all times except when your photo needs to be taken.

4. Sanitize your hands upon entering the studio and frequently throughout your stay.

5. Observe social distancing at all times. We’ve adjusted the maximum number of guests that will be allowed inside the studio to ten people. This will be strictly implemented to have more room for social distancing.

6. We suggest hair and make-up artists to bring full personal protective equipment for themselves and the talent since the conduct of their job requires them to be in close contact with another person.

7. Intervals between schedules will be strictly implemented to give time for studio disinfection after each client/reservation.

8. Minimum number of hours for studio rental has also been adjusted to three hours per session.

9. In order to minimize contact, studio assistance will be limited to: (1) initial setup of lights, background paper, and trigger; (2) changing of background paper, if necessary. Changing backgrounds will also be limited. You cannot  change back to a color you’ve already taken down. Use of boom stand is also temporarily suspended.

10. Use of acryllic sheet on paper background will be required. White acryllic for white paper and clear acryllic for colored papers will be provided. Paper backgrounds can be rolled onto the floor for a maximum of 6ft. Fee for additional length will be Php1,500.00 per feet. Clients are also NOT allowed to step on the paper or outside the acryllic area. Any step marks will incur a penalty of Php1,500.00.

These guidelines will be strictly implemented until the COVID-19 situation has stabilized. We are counting on everyone’s understanding and cooperation as we hope these measures will allow us to practice again our crafts and trades without compromising health safety. We would like to remind everyone to also take responsibility for your own health and be mindful that the virus threat is still very much real.
